Our delicious beef jerky is made with the highest quality ingredients.  No preservatives, all natural and fresh ingredients and vacuum packaged within 15 minutes after the meat has cooled down from dehydration to keep all the flavor until opened, guaranteed fresh. The premium beef we select is 100% USDA Prime grade.  We mostly use London Broil and Eye of Round cuts as they are tender without large marbling.
